“Intensive Sessions” can Provide Accelerated Growth and Breakthroughs.
A personalized, intensive approach might be a good fit if any or all of these apply to you…
You want faster results – A three or four hour-intensive can often accomplish what might take months of weekly therapy, helping you move forward more efficiently.
You have a specific goal in mind – Whether it’s processing a trauma with EMDR, making an important life decision, or working through a major emotional block, intensive sessions can provide an opportunity for focused, deep work.
You’re navigating a life transition – Career shifts, relationship changes, grief, or personal growth moments can benefit from dedicated time to process and plan.
You struggle with weekly scheduling – If weekly therapy feels difficult to fit in, an intensive session allows you to dive deep without ongoing time commitments.
You feel stuck and need a breakthrough – When traditional therapy feels slow or repetitive, an intensive session can help unlock deeper insights and momentum.
You prefer structured, goal-oriented therapy – Intensive sessions are highly focused, making them ideal for leaders, professionals, and individuals who thrive with clear objectives and efficient progress.

What to Expect from Intensives (Accelerated Therapy)
Intensive therapy provides focused, accelerated support for clients seeking deep healing and meaningful progress in a shorter timeframe. This approach is ideal for individuals who want to work through specific challenges efficiently without committing to weekly sessions.
Step 1: Free Consultation Call
Before scheduling an intensive, all new clients begin with a 10-15 minute consultation to explore whether this approach is the right fit. We’ll briefly discuss your goals and ensure that this approach aligns with your needs.
Step 2: Digital Intake Paperwork
Next, you’ll complete intake paperwork and assessments independently—this typically takes about 30 minutes. These forms provide valuable insight into your concerns, allowing me to customize our time together effectively. Once submitted, I will review your responses to prepare for our first session.
Step 3: Intake Session (60 Minutes)
We’ll meet for a 50-60-minute intake session to dive deeper into your concerns, refine therapy goals, and discuss what you hope to achieve through the intensive. This session helps me tailor strategies to maximize results and ensure our approach is aligned with your needs.
Step 4: Intensive Therapy Sessions (90-180 Minutes)
For your intensive session(s), you’ll choose a private, comfortable space that fosters focus and healing. Our virtual therapy sessions range from 90 to 180 minutes, allowing us to process emotions, build strategies, and facilitate transformational growth.
Depending on your needs, we may schedule one intensive session or multiple. The structure is fully customized to your goals, ensuring that our work together is effective and deeply meaningful.
Step 5: Follow-Up & Next Steps
All intensives conclude with a debrief/follow-up session to reflect on progress and determine next steps. Some clients choose to continue periodic intensives without weekly therapy, while others transition into shorter (50-minute) sessions for additional support. Others feel satisfied with their progress and move forward without further sessions. Your path is entirely based on your personal goals and healing journey.
